Second life

A new chance for used floors

The innovative Second Life process opens up new possibilities in the field of sustainability and authentic recycling. When the old floor has worn out or if a new design is desired, the removed floor is sent back to LICO by the end customer via the reseller and receives a defined compensation. Here, the old design is sanded off the floor plates (no pre-cut plates), which are then re-primed, digitally printed and coated. The floor plates are then re-profiled on all sides. Finally, the new floor is put back on the market and sold as a special size.
