To transform grasses, herbs, and wildflowers into a high-quality flooring material, the raw materials are first traditionally cut and gathered by hand using a scythe and rake. After drying, the hay is compressed into a uniform layer and, depending on the desired design, enhanced with flowers, leaves, or other organic materials.

In the next step, the hay layer is bonded to an insulating cork layer and an HDF core board. A click-lock system is then precision-milled into the core board, allowing for quick and easy installation.

Finally, the surface is finished with a HotCoating. This protective seal provides the durability required for everyday use while preserving the natural character of the flooring.
